Dear Colleagues,
We would like to share with you the invitation to this new event by the SO-CLOSE project. "Curating Digital Heritage of (forced) Migrations" will be on December 1st (9 am - 5 pm CET) online.
The event will be an occasion to know about digital tools to share stories and memories from forced migrants, making their life experiences accessible to researchers and practitioners who want to learn more.
The aim is to develop a digital archive to collect these stories and information. The database is co-created with the migrants using tools such as StoryMap, Virtual exhibition and WebDoc. Museums, schools, NGOs, universities, and research centres are all invited to consult the website to learn more.
