SolidarityNow, one of the SIRIUS partners, is holding an event today which aims to bring together Greek national and local authorities, EU institutions, civil society actors and international non-governmental organisations to discuss policy recommendations for the next funding period, set priorities and share best practices that could cover existing gaps. The event aims at discussing ways for better collaboration between actors and agree on next steps, including:
- The need for long term planning and allocation of adequate funding for specific integration activities in accordance to an overall strategy that guarantees complementarity of actions;
- Better coordination between authorities and collaboration between the government, NGOs and other stakeholders.
