EMPOWER SE-COST Action in collaboration with EMES Network and EURICSE (University of Trento) have recently launched a call for papers for an academic seminar organised in Trento. The seminar will be held in November and it is specifically addressed to scholars that have been exploring innovative paths of inclusion of migrants achieved by local communities across Europe.
The two-days event aims at exchanging initial thoughts about third sector organisations and migration at developing connections among researchers.
Papers proposals may address one of the following thematic lines:
- Housing arrangements and pathways for asylum seekers and refugees: state of the art, dilemmas and ways ahead
- Innovative tools and methodologies to facilitate the social and work inclusion of asylum seekers and refugees in EU countries;
- Migrants, refugees and asylum seekers living in mountain and rural localities: determinants of inclusion versus exclusion processes
- Unlocking the potential of third sector organisations and social enterprises vis-à-vis the asylum/refugee challenges
Interested authors should submit a 300 words abstract by 15th July to email@example.com. Travel and accommodation of selected authors will be covered.
