SIRIUS Researchers at ISIRC 2019


Simone Baglioni, Sirius PI, and Francesca Calo, Sirius project manager, chaired a panel session on social innovation favouring the integration of migrants and refugees in labour markets at ISIRC 2019 conference - Social Innovation: Local Solutions to Global Challenges conference. ISIRC 2019 was hosted by The Yunus Centre for Social Business and Health, Glasgow Caledonian University from Monday 2nd to Wednesday 4th September 2019. The panel session “Social Innovation, Employment and Migrants/Refugees and Asylum Seekers” included papers which analyse the role of social innovation in favouring (or not) the employability of migrants and refugees. Experiences from different countries in Europe and outside of Europe was discussed.
